About Me

What Drives me :   I have experienced significant abuse, neglect and abandonment through out my life.  I am a fighter.  I am relentless.  I am driven to learn as much as I can about trauma so that I can help my clients overcome their own past trauma.  I have found so many helpful and life changing techniques that have healed my heart and soul.  I once believed life would never get better, that it would always be dark, scary and frightening.  None of us deserve to believe our lives will be bleak.  I didn't understand how it could be anything different but now I know and I want to share with you how to heal.  I want you to stop surviving which is what we have done daily in our lives and I want you to LIVE!  If you feel we would be a good fit then please schedule with me.  The sooner the better!

I have written a book called My Secret Life, out now on Amazon!  Click here to get the book:  My Secret Life

It is a book about my trauma experiences and how I changed on my path to healing through amazing neuroscience techniques!  My mission is to show people that when we feel hope is lost that it really isn't.  It took me years to figure it all out and I want to make sure that it doesn't take you that long.  I had been searching and searching for the answers and now I want to share them with you!  There are so many of us who are in the The Trauma Club and my goal is to share all that I have learned in hopes that it will change your life so that you can get out of survival mode and really start living the life you want! Message me below.  I hope to hear from you soon!

All my best,

Christina
